Fiesta Stock Horses is located just north of Dubois, Wyoming in the Wind River Range. At Fiesta we strive to
breed horses of AQHA and APHA background that excell in the working western arena. Whether it be Reining, Cutting,
Calf Roping, Team Penning, Sorting, Steer Wrestling, Working Cow Horse, Reined Cow Horse, or just plain Ranch Work all
of our horses are broke to do it. Each horse begins their under saddle training at two years and is fully trained by
five. You will not find anything english or western pleasure oriented on our farm. We are what is known as a 'working
ranch' where we raise cattle and horses to work the cattle. At the moment we run a mixed herd of Angus, Hereford, Black Baldies, and Santa Grutrudis cattle. About four-hundred of our best head are sent to feedlots each year to be prepared for slaughter. We feel that at Fiesta our horses dont come first and our cattle dont come first, they both do.
